BC省各类省提名项目

卑诗省省提名移民项目(BC Provincial Nominee Program, BC PNP)作为经济类移民项目,为促进本省经济发展的外国工人、有经验的企业家、加拿大留学生及当地工人提供了移民途径。不同类别的申请人可根据自身条件获得相应分数,在此基础上获得省移民局发放的邀请函,最后经过省移民局及联邦移民局分阶段审理,最终获得枫叶卡。

BC省经验类移民

BC省经验类移民针对于具备BC省雇主所需要的技能、经验和资格的申请人。 目前BC省经验类移民项目大部分都需要有雇主担保,只有硕博毕业生类别在满足条件后,无需雇主担保即可申请。

语言成绩不高,在BC省已有工作邀请的海外人士或加拿大毕业生

技工类

  • 雇主担保:已接受BC省雇主提供的长期全职工作邀请,职业必须属于NOC 0、A或B类别;且能够胜任这项职业工作
  • 工作经验:具备至少2年的直接相关工作经验
  • 薪资标准:薪资福利符合BC省同行业标准
  • 语言成绩:NOC B类职业需满足最低语言要求
  • 资金证明:证明有足够资金负担申请人及随行家属的基本生活费用
  • 合法身份:在加拿大已有或有资格获得合法身份

国际毕业生

  • 雇主担保:已接受BC省雇主提供的长期全职工作邀请,职业必须属于NOC 0、A或B类别;且能够胜任这项职业工作
  • 薪资标准:薪资福利符合BC省同行业标准
  • 学历要求:近三年内获得加拿大合格高等教育机构的学历或学位
  • 语言成绩:NOC B类职业需满足最低语言要求CLB 4
  • 资金证明:证明有足够资金负担申请人及随行家属的基本生活费用
  • 合法身份:在加拿大已有或有资格获得合法身份

特殊专业硕博毕业生(无需雇主担保)

  • 学历要求:近三年内在BC省合格高等教育机构获得自然科学、应用科学或健康科学专业的硕士或   博士学位
  • 资金证明:证明有足够资金负担申请人及随行家属的基本生活费用
  • 合法身份:在加拿大已有或有资格获得合法身份

入门级别半熟练技工

  • 雇主担保:已接受BC省雇主提供的长期全职工作邀请,职业必须属于NOC C或D类别;且能够胜任这项职业工作
  • 行业领域: 旅游&酒店行业;长途运输;食品加工
  • 工作经验:在提交申请前已连续为该雇主全职工作至少9个月
  • 薪资标准:薪资福利符合BC省同行业标准
  • 学历要求:高中以上,以及胜任工作必须的具备的证书
  • 语言成绩:CLB 4 或以上
  • 资金证明:证明有足够资金负担申请人及随行家属的基本生活费用
  • 合法身份:在加拿大已有或有资格获得合法身份

BC省提名快速通道 EEBC

EEBC是BC省提名与联邦快速通道相结合的一个移民项目,该项目既要满足BC省省提名的基本要求,同时还要满足联邦技术移民的项目要求。该项目的特点是以雇主担保的方式获得BC省省提名,再以此获得600分加分,从而通过联邦快速通道(Express Entry),半年审理周期,获得永久居民身份。

语言成绩达到CLB 7且在BC省已有工作邀请的海外人士或加拿大毕业生

  • 至少满足联邦EE项目联邦技术移民FSW / 联邦技工移民FST / 联邦经验类移民 CEC)其中一个类别的要求
  • 满足BC省经验类移民中技工类国际毕业生类硕博研究生类其中一个类别的要求

BC省提名-紧缺技术行业移民

 自2017年5月推出以来,BC省提名技术行业移民项目已提名6000多名技术职业的从业人员。   为了让雇主可以继续招聘海外技术人才,以弥补当地人才短缺的现状,BC省已将之前的BCPNP试点项目无限期延长,继续为29种技术职业的从业人员提供优先移民通道。此类省提名审理时间通常为2-3个月。

满足技术类或快速通道类其他要求,但无法获得长期工作邀请的申请人。

  • 服务:为雇主提供专门的帮助服务
  • 及时:每周都会邀请合格的申请人
  • 优先:优先于其他类别申请进行审理
  • 参与:为雇主提供持续支持,可参与的讲座等行业活动等
  • 无需LMIA:此项目工签申请无需劳工市场评估认证LMIA
  • 工签:被提名人还可获得支持信以用于工签续签。

工作邀请

  • 职位在29个重要技术职业范围内
  • 雇佣时间至少一年
  • 申请时,雇佣时间剩余至少4个月(120天)(仍需满足技术类/快速通道类的其他要求)

与技术类/快速通道类相同,但邀请等待时间及审理时间更快。

BC省企业家移民 - 基础项目

BC省企业家移民项目适用于能够支持BC省创新和经济增长的企业家,申请人必须满足一定的申请要求,并内对该省的经济发展产生积极的影响。该类别下的申请人需要在BC省积极地经营企业,面试通过后可获得工作签证,满足移民条件后即可全家移民。

申请人

  • 工作经验:近10年内,有3年以上作为企业所有者的管理经验,或4年以上高级管理经验,或1年以上作为企业所有者的管理经验加上2年以上高级管理经验
  • 净资产:至少60万加币
  • 教育水平;高中或以上(若近5年内,有3年以上经营100%控股企业的经验,无需学历要求)
  • 语言要求:CLB 4或以上(成绩可延后提交)

企业要求

  • 商业计划书:申请人需提交一份在BC省成立新企业或收购已有企业的商业计划书 所有权比例:至少⅓(33.33%)
  • 投资金额:至少20万加币
  • 创造职位:至少为加拿大公民或永久居民创造一个全职职位
  • 地点:BC省内任意地点

BC省企业家移民 - 区域试点

自2019年起,BC省启动了为期两年的企业家移民区域试点项目。今年,BC省又将此项目期限延长至2024年3月。该试点项目与不到75,000人的区域社区合作,欢迎获批准的并且想开新公司的移民企业家,以促进这些区域的经济发展。

与BC省企业家移民基础项目不同,区域试点项目对于个人净资产和投资金额都有所降低。

申请人

  • 工作经验:近10年内,有3年以上作为企业所有者的管理经验,或4年以上高级管理经验,或1年以上作为企业所有者的管理经验加上2年以上高级管理经验
  • 净资产:至少30万加币
  • 教育水平;高中或以上(若近5年内,有3年以上经营100%控股企业的经验,无需学历要求)
  • 语言要求:CLB 4或以上(需在注册时提交)
  • 探索访问:注册申请前,申请人必须访问过参与该项目的社区之一

企业要求

  • 商业计划书:申请人需提交一份在BC省成立新企业的商业计划书,且需要获得参与该项目的社区推荐
  • 所有权比例:至少51%
  • 投资金额:至少10万加币
  • 创造职位:至少为加拿大公民或永久居民创造一个全职职位
  • 地点:参与该项目的社区

Cancellation Policy

  • Once a booking, program, workshop or event has begun, no refund or credit is possible.
  • If you miss a booking, program, workshop without giving at least 48 hours notice, credit or refund is not applicable.
  • Cancellations received over 72 hours from the date of the booking will only forfeit the 10% non-refundable booking deposit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the time of booking will require a 50% payment. You can rebook another appointment. 
  • If you need to cancel your booking outside of the 72 hours before the start of your session, you must do so in writing. 
  • Changes can be made to your booking by providing 72 hours notice.
  • Should BCIE need to cancel a booking in less than 72 hours, a full refund or credit or transfer for another booking will be offered. We accept no liability for any other costs.

Discount Codes

By redeeming our discount code, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. You must comply with these terms and conditions for a coupon code to be valid.

  • You are entitled to one coupon code per session. Coupon codes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other offer or discounts or promotions offered by BCIE
  • Each coupon code is identified by a unique code and has different discount amounts. 
  • To redeem the coupon code, type the code into the promo code box in the booking field of the BCIE scheduling page, and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price. If you do not enter the discount code at the time of checkout, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts cannot be claimed after confirmation of your purchase on our website or scheduling page. 
  • Each coupon code is valid for a limited time only and expires on the dates specified in the email sent to clients by BCIE
  • Coupons cannot be replaced if emails are deleted.
  • A coupon cannot be applied to bookings previously placed with BCIE.
  • If a coupon is used and the booking (in accordance with the cancellation policy) is cancelled less than 72 hours before the booking, the coupon will no longer be valid. 
  • BCIE shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using the coupon, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • BCIE accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected email or other communications. 
  • BCIE reserves the right to discontinue a coupon at any time. 
  • Your use of this discount constitutes your electronic signature to its Terms and Conditions.

Conditions of Enrollment and Participation

  • You understand and voluntarily agree to all innate and obvious risks associated with the session or program, including but not limited to all risks of personal injury and any losses caused by or arising from acts or omissions of BCIE employees or guest facilitators. 
  • You indemnify us against any proper claims, costs or damages arising from any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • BCIE reserves the right to make amendments to its programs without prior notice either before or during a program or to cancel a program
  • BCIE reserves the right to structure programs and group classes, workshops or webinars as required
  • BCIE reserves the right to refuse any enrolment as permitted by law or to request a participant to leave a course if they are disruptive, consistently late or have not paid their fees
  • BCIE reserves the right to record group programs for quality monitoring, training purposes. All images and recordings are stored securely in BCIE digital storage. BCIE will not distribute or otherwise use this recording for anything other than the aforementioned purposes without your written permission.
  • Participants may not publish, distribute or upload recordings (audio, videos, or photos) of any bookings with BCIE for any publication or social media website.
  • Where recordings of sessions or digital learning assets such as scripts or pre-recorded video are provided, this material remains the copyright of BCIE  and can only be used by the participant for personal use, and it may not be copied, sold, screened publicly or submitted to agents,
  • By participating in BCIE, one-on-one sessions, programs, workshops and webinars, I agree to BCIE’s Privacy Policy.

Safety, Wellbeing and Inclusion

  • BCIE takes seriously its commitment to providing safe and inclusive services, learning environments, free from bullying, discrimination or harassment. We do not tolerate or condone actions of anyone, students, staff or guests, that constitutes bullying and harassment towards anyone engaging with BCIE and its associated activities. BCIE complies with all applicable laws and regulations associated with these matters
  • Bullying refers to behaviour where any person-client, student, staff or visitor-directly or indirectly, repeatedly behaves (words or actions) unreasonable towards a person or group of people to cause distress and that behaviour creates a risk to health and safety or hinders that person’s ability to attend a BCIE event or participate in BCIE activities.
  • Harassment refers to behaviour when any person – participant, client, staff or visitor – causes another person to feel belittled, intimidated, offended, apprehensive or singled out.
  • If a student, client, participant or staff person or visitor is accused of bullying or harassment, BCIE management will investigate the situation and consult with all parties. In the event that the investigation is ongoing but unresolved, it may be deemed necessary to temporarily restrict attendance to a program, workshop, webinar or BCIE event as a precautionary measure.
  • Any person who is found to have either committed or condoned discrimination, bullying or harassment may be removed permanently or restricted from attending BCIE activities or events.

Enforceability

Your use of our Scheduling Page and features accessed through this page constitutes your electronic signature to the Agreement set out in these Terms and Conditions and your consent to enter into agreements with us electronically. This Agreement will be deemed to satisfy any writing requirements of any applicable law, notwithstanding that the Agreement set out in these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Terms of Service, is written and accepted electronically. All contracts between you and us completed electronically will be deemed for all legal purposes to be in writing and legally binding as a signed written agreement.
